Beyond FMCG, we're building iconic challenger brands across Beauty, Luxury, Film, and more working with big challengers like Tony’s Chocolonely and emerging hot startups like Seep. From customer insights and brand strategy to campaign planning and comms strategy, our team tackles a wide range of briefs.

We’re now looking for a CRM Manager to join the team. This role is instrumental to growing the DTC businesses of some really exciting brands within the startup world. As a CRM Manager within the Brand Hackers team, you’ll be a key part of helping our brands achieve outsized impact from a CRM marketing activities.

The Role

As our brand partners continue to prioritise email marketing and CRM to support their growth, we are seeking an adept CRM Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting and diverse role which will see you doing a bit of everything from auditing CRM set-ups and performance, crafting a newsletter content strategy, implementing the strategy or managing a team of executives and freelance to deliver.

You will...

  • Work across 4+ brands at any one time, as part of a wider team of Brand Hackers or directly alongside the brand's marketing team
  • Producing CRM audits for our brand partners
  • Planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel CRM campaigns for exciting challenger brands (email, push, SMS) focused on engagement, retention, and loyalty
  • Copywriting and designing campaign emails, using in-house designed templates or creating your own, to produce standout campaign materials
  • Analysing and interpreting campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement
  • Bringing fresh, innovative ideas to test, learn, and push boundaries for our partner brands
  • Reporting key campaign outcomes, learnings, and insights to stakeholders
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your brand partners, with the opportunity to lead a squad of fractional marketers owning other marketing channels.

You'll have...

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on CRM/email marketing experience, particularly with D2C FMCG brands
  • Strong understanding of Klaviyo, with the agility to work with Mailchimp and other CRM platforms
  • Demonstrable understanding of how to design customer journeys and personalise experiences within CRM
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and confident working independently
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • A strong design eye and skills using Canva or your preferred design software
  • Background in agencies a plus!
