Your mission
In collaboration with the Manager, Relationship Marketing Program, the incumbent contributes to strengthening customer engagement, loyalty, and long-term value through high-performing CRM strategies and personalized relationship marketing campaigns.
The person in this role plays a key part in optimizing customer journeys, leveraging customer data, evolving loyalty programs, and continuously improving multichannel communications. They also contribute to strategic initiatives related to CRM platform evolution and the digital transformation of the customer experience.
What you will do
- Develop and implement CRM strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty to enhance customer experience and business performance.
- Design, plan, test, launch, and optimize multichannel relationship marketing campaigns and personalized automated customer journeys.
- Define customer segments, target audiences, and business rules to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and personalization.
- Produce reports, dashboards, analyses, and recommendations to support decision-making and maximize CRM performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of loyalty programs and relationship marketing initiatives while ensuring a consistent and relevant customer experience.
- Participate in CRM platform implementation, migration, and enhancement projects, as well as continuous process and automation improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, Information Technology teams, and external partners to ensure the success of CRM initiatives.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- College diploma or university degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in CRM, relationship marketing, customer loyalty, marketing automation, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing CRM campaigns, automated customer journeys, and multichannel communication strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, relational databases, marketing analytics, and customer experience management.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Batch, or equivalent solutions.
- Experience contributing to CRM implementation, migration, or platform enhancement projects is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease using collaborative digital tools and AI solutions (e.g., Copilot).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Oral and written fluency in French and English *
*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
