CRM Executive – 12m FTC

We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join our CRM Team on a 12month fied-term contract at Betfair part of Flutter UK & Ireland.

As CRM Executive for Betfair, you will support the delivery of lifecycle marketing initiatives across the UK & Ireland, helping to drive customer activation, retention, and reactivation through personalised, data-driven communications.

Reporting to the CRM Campaign Manager, you will work closely with CRM, Commercial, Analytics, Brand, Product, Data and Planning teams to execute customer journeys and campaigns that deepen engagement, strengthen customer value, and support commercial growth.

What you’ll be working on:

• Supporting the execution of CRM campaigns that align with commercial objectives and customer needs.
• Assisting with the development and delivery of targeted customer communications across multiple channels.
• Applying segmentation and targeting to ensure communications are relevant and personalised.
• Working with Analytics and Data teams to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting test-and-learn initiatives to optimise campaign effectiveness
• Managing campaign workflows and ensuring communications are delivered accurately and on time.
• Collaborating with Brand teams to ensure messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with Betfair's tone of voice.
• Building effective relationships with stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Brand, Analytics, and Data teams.

How you’ll play to win:
