Help turn guest insights into memorable hospitality.
The best guest experiences begin with knowing who’s joining us—and giving them a reason to return.
MINA Group is seeking a CRM & Guest Engagement Coordinator to help our restaurants build stronger guest relationships through accurate data, thoughtful communication, and personalized recognition. Our Revenue & Relevance (R&R) marketing team supports a portfolio of acclaimed restaurants within premier hotel properties, with several new openings ahead.
In this role, you’ll maintain our guest database, execute email campaigns, identify opportunities to bring guests back, and help restaurant teams put guest insights into practice. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership, our Marketing & Production Coordinator, General Managers, and host teams.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both the analytical and human sides of hospitality: keeping the information accurate, understanding what it means, and using it to make each visit more personal.
What You’ll Do
Keep our guest database accurate and useful.
- Maintain consistent guest profiles, tagging conventions, and database standards across restaurant locations.
- Audit duplicate records, incomplete profiles, and inconsistent tags, partnering with restaurant teams to resolve gaps.
- Document clear procedures and train teams on guest information capture and profile management.
- Support responsible data collection and use, following consent requirements and company policies.
- Help new restaurants launch with organized guest data and consistent processes.
Build guest relationships that encourage return visits.
- Create audiences for VIP recognition, special occasions, loyalty initiatives, and lapsed-guest outreach.
- Identify guest preferences, visit patterns, emerging VIPs, and opportunities for personalized engagement.
- Partner with restaurant leaders on pre-shift guest insights, recognition moments, and service recovery follow-up.
- Support dining rewards partnerships and our Ambassador Program, including referral tracking, guest profiles, invitations, and reporting.
Execute thoughtful email marketing.
- Build, proof, test, and deploy guest emails in platforms such as SevenRooms and Klaviyo.
- Select audiences and draft or adapt copy to reflect each restaurant’s brand voice.
- Build and maintain automated journeys, including welcome, birthday, anniversary, post-visit, and win-back communications.
- Monitor list health, deliverability, consent, and unsubscribe practices.
- Track campaign results and recommend tests to improve engagement and revenue.
- Maintain database capture points such as newsletter sign-ups, reservation widgets, and event inquiry forms.
Support events and turn results into action.
- Build targeted invitation lists and manage event reservations, RSVPs, ticketing, and waitlists.
- Ensure attendees are captured and tagged appropriately, and coordinate post-event follow-up.
- Report on database growth, profile quality, repeat visits, VIP activity, email performance, and event results.
- Translate findings into clear recommendations for marketing and restaurant teams.
- Provide CRM results for monthly property recaps and quarterly business reviews.
Help our teams use guest technology effectively.
- Support day-to-day administration of CRM, reservation, and email platforms.
- Coordinate user access, platform settings, and integration issues with vendors and internal partners.
- Serve as a helpful resource for restaurant teams, making tools and processes easy to understand and use.
What You Bring
- Two to three years of experience in CRM, database management, marketing, loyalty, or guest experience; hospitality or multi-location restaurant experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with reservation or CRM platforms such as SevenRooms or OpenTable, including building and sending guest emails.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort organizing data, building reports, and explaining findings.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing guest records, audience selection, and campaign quality checks.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt copy to different restaurant brands.
- Working knowledge of data privacy, consent, and responsible guest information practices.
- Clear communication and the ability to earn cooperation from busy restaurant teams.
- The organization and initiative to manage recurring campaigns, reporting, and requests in a remote environment.
- A hospitality mindset: you understand how accurate information and thoughtful follow-through can make guests feel recognized.
Experience with Klaviyo, Tripleseat, website content management systems, basic HTML, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
