CRM Analyst
Learning Care GroupThe CRM Analyst is responsible for measuring the performance of Learning Care Group's CRM and lifecycle marketing programs across the family portfolio. This role owns the analytical layer that sits between the CRM platform and business decision-makers, translating email engagement, journey performance, and audience behavior throughout the funnel into insight. This role ensures that every lifecycle program is measured, tested, and read with rigor with clear learnings identified and explained to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own CRM and lifecycle marketing measurement including email deliverability, engagement, conversion, and holdout test results across the brand portfolio.
- Design and execute holdout, control group, and incrementality tests for lifecycle programs.
- Build cohort retention, journey performance, and lifecycle attribution analyses.
- Establish measurement standards across brands for lifecycle programs including standard metrics, holdout sizing, and readout templates.
- Monitor CRM platform health including deliverability, list quality & degradation, and consent metrics.
- Partner with the Sr. Manager Customer Experience & Activation and Director, CRM on program design, measurement plans, and test readouts.
- Support the Customer Insights Analyst and Growth Analyst with lifecycle-specific data as needed.
- Translate lifecycle measurement findings into recommendations for marketing leadership on program continuation, expansion, or termination.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, statistics, or a related field is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM analytics, lifecycle marketing measurement, or a comparable role is required.
- Hands-on experience with email service provider or marketing automation platform reporting is required (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Experience designing and interpreting holdout or control group tests for marketing programs is required.
- Experience with SQL against a modern data warehouse is required.
- Experience with cohort retention and lifecycle attribution analysis is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM analytics or lifecycle marketing measurement is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud specifically is preferred.
- Experience with a modern customer data platform such as Hightouch, Segment, mParticle, or Salesforce Data Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with multi-brand or multi-location consumer businesses is preferred.
- Experience with incrementality testing methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with PowerBI is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to design a holdout test and defend the sample size and statistical assumptions.
- Working knowledge of email deliverability metrics including sender reputation, engagement rates, and complaint monitoring.
- Ability to distinguish engagement metrics from business outcomes.
- Comfort with imperfect attribution and being explicit about what CRM can and cannot claim credit for.
- Standard analytics stack fluency including SQL and at least one BI platform.
- Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
- Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
- $100-110,000 base salary.
- This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
