About Campus Ink & NIL Store

Campus Ink is the collegiate merchandise company that turns campus culture into commerce, empowering athletes, students, and communities through a diverse house of brands. Its brands include the NIL Store, the No. 1 NIL apparel provider in the country, which offers officially licensed apparel opportunities to more than 40,000 athletes nationwide and helps them monetize their NIL through custom merchandise that connects them with fans. Alongside the NIL Store, Campus Ink's brands include Urban Champs, TMM Greek, and community sales, with apparel designed, printed, and shipped from its own production and fulfillment center in Urbana, Illinois.

Position Overview

Campus Ink and the NIL Store are building the fastest-growing company in college sports. We work with more than 40,000 athletes, make merch fans actually want, and have stories happening faster than we can post them.

We need someone with serious energy. Someone who moves fast, brings ideas into the room, and makes things happen. You’ll be the heartbeat of our content team.

You love sports. You know the players, follow the games, understand the rivalries, and already have opinions about what happened last night. You want a career in sports, and you can’t believe there’s a job where keeping up with them is part of the work.

You also see the clip before anyone else notices the moment. You can cut it, caption it, and get it live while fans are still talking. You turn one shoot into multiple posts, catch trends before they peak, and make people care about what’s happening inside this company.

This is a rare chance to help shape the voice of a company growing right in the middle of college sports. You’ll have athletes, game days, office characters, and an entire production floor to work with. Bring your ideas. Bring your camera. Bring a full battery.

The Job:

  • Create and publish 20+ original vertical videos a week across Campus Ink and NIL Store.
  • Follow college sports closely and turn the moments fans care about into timely content.
  • Find the best clips, edit fast, and publish while they’re relevant.
  • Get multiple strong posts out of shoots, events, and everyday office life.
  • Jump on trends quickly and make them feel like us.
  • Build recurring series around our people, athletes, merch, and college sports.
  • Make graphics and social assets in Canva.
  • See what works, then make more of it.
  • Bring energy, urgency, and momentum to the content team every day.
  • You’ll work with marketing, design, athlete success, and our long-form creator. You’ll film at events and athlete shoots when needed.

You Should Apply If:

  • You’re a real sports fan who wants to build a career in sports. You already shoot and edit short-form video yourself. You’re high-energy, funny, fast, comfortable on camera, and good at bringing other people into the bit. You know TikTok and Reels, have a strong eye in Canva, and can keep a lot of ideas moving at once.
  • You’re the kind of person who makes the room more energized, turns rough ideas into finished content, and keeps the team moving when things get busy. You don’t wait around for perfect instructions, you spot opportunities and run with them.
  • If you have to be assigned a game to watch, this probably isn’t your job.
