Coordinator, Influencer

The Coordinator, Influencer will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Influencer, and will play a pivotal role in supporting the influencer team and agencies with gifting management, email and internal communications, and physical send outs. The ideal candidate has prior experience and a strong interest in influencer marketing and/or beauty. This role requires strong organizational skills, initiative, excellent communication, and analytical and creative abilities. The ideal candidate also brings a background in product organization and relationship management, along with a genuine passion for understanding the brand vision. Please note that this role requires comfort with commuting to the Los Angeles area as needed.

This position is hybrid and will report into our Century City, CA office 1-2x per week.

Responsibilities:

• Support always on influencer send outs and ad hoc requests from external teams
• Assist influencer team with sourcing creators for various gifting lists
• Own monthly seeding campaigns to support evergreen and new launches

• Maintain organization and upkeep of the influencer product room
• Ensure internal and agency product inventory is well-stocked
• Assist with placing product shipments from the warehouse and ensuring efficient status tracking
• Organize tracking campaigns utilizing our internal reporting tools
• Support influencer reporting on an as needed basis

• 1 year experience in a marketing or internship position preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel and Canva
• Can-do attitude and a passion for beauty industry
• Willingness to pitch ideas and work collaboratively
• Natural interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and cultural relevance
• Understand ILIA’s brand and support our image across all touchpoints
• Previous experience in influencer marketing and/or beauty a plus
