Position Summary

The ideal candidate loves working with people, cares about excellent client service and is enthusiastic about email marketing and CRM. Working closely with the Digital Marketing team, the Coordinator, Digital Marketing helps improve the Firm's email marketing, webinar campaigns, data reporting and CRM lists. A typical day includes setting up and sending newsletters, webinar invitations and other campaigns in support of Firm initiatives, working directly with lawyers and Business Development colleagues, and finding ways to streamline and strengthen these processes. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys collaboration, likes refining existing processes to make them better and brings fresh ideas to drive strong results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Own the webinar workstream end-to-end, serving as a dedicated concierge for internal stakeholders while regularly reviewing logistics to update, simplify or overhaul communication workflows.
  • Gather and send out easy-to-read email data reports, showing metrics like open rates, link clicks and top reading companies.
  • Serve as the go-to person for the firm email marketing platform by helping users with daily questions, testing new software features, fixing errors and keeping email templates organized.
  • Run the logistics for webinars by setting up email invites, organizing presentation files and CLE forms, working with the Audio Visual team on the day of the event and sharing results with the lawyers involved.
  • Help Practice Coverage teams build and clean their target contact lists inside the firm's CRM system.
  • Assist with data quality initiatives for key distribution lists, including adding missing data and researching invalid or missing email addresses.
  • Update and publish new content for client updates, webinars and newsletters on the firm's website.
  • Help with special projects as requested by the Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing Operations or Senior Manager, Digital Marketing - CRM.

Qualifications/Position Requirements

  • Strong background in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, including organizing data and making simple charts.
  • Experience with Vuture, Drupal or basic HTML is a plus.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in email marketing and CRM; experience inside a law firm or professional services office is preferred.

Compensation

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 - $80,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, anticipated assignment, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
