Content Writer

Great content does more than fill a page-it helps people make confident decisions.

At Woodland Direct, we're looking for a talented Content Writer to help shape the voice of a nationally recognized ecommerce brand. You'll create content that educates, inspires, and engages homeowners, contractors, designers, and trade professionals as they navigate meaningful home improvement projects.

What You'll Do

Write website content including product pages, landing pages, buying guides, and learning articles
Create content for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising
Help build and maintain website pages within our content management platform
Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams to support campaigns and business goals
Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, on-brand, and optimized for search

What We're Looking For

2+ years of professional writing experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating range across web, long-form, and promotional content
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content best practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in ecommerce, retail, home improvement, or lifestyle brands is a plus
