Content Marketing Manager
NutriticsAbout Nutritics
Nutritics is redefining how hospitality and foodservice businesses operate. We give organisations complete clarity and control over their food, menus, supply chains, and environmental impact. Trusted by 500+ customers worldwide, from contract caterers and restaurant groups to healthcare and education providers, we are the platform of choice for businesses that take food data seriously.
Backed by PE investment, we're scaling rapidly across UK&I and entering the US market. Our ambition: to become the world's most trusted food information platform.
Nutritics is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to build and scale its content engine, creating content that drives awareness, engagement and pipeline across the full buyer journey, from first discovery through to renewal and advocacy.
You'll design and execute Nutritics' global content marketing strategy, establishing us as the trusted voice in food data tech: content that fuels campaigns, showcases the platform, supports Sales, and builds engagement with our brand internally and externally. You'll work closely with in-house product experts, translating deep technical and compliance knowledge into content that lands with time-poor hospitality and foodservice operators.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll own the global content calendar and hold editorial authority across every channel and market, deciding what gets communicated, to whom, and when.
This is a pivotal hire as Nutritics embarks on its next transformational step as we continue to scale in the UK & grow into the United States.
The ideal candidate has strong editorial and storytelling instincts, is genuinely customer and prospect-led, and is excited to build a modern, insight-driven content engine from the ground up.
Main Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production
- Own the content plan and global calendar across the buyer journey, delivering full funnel content from awareness, to consideration, decision and retention and advocacy content.
- Produce content across the full range of formats including blogs, reports, video, webinars, events and case studies, built to SEO & AEO best practice, and identify every opportunity to repurpose across channels and campaigns (e.g. a webinar becomes a social video series, a client interview becomes both a case study and sales collateral).
- Own the case study and client-story pipeline: secure willing customers, run the interviews, and turn conversations into proof points, quotes and stats Sales can use.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully for research, analysis, and content production, always paired with strong human-in-the-loop editorial judgment to ensure only top quality content.
- Constantly monitor and evaluate what's working, treating content as testable, not fixed.
Customer & Prospect Insight
- Understand our prospects and customers' drivers, needs, pain points and buyer questions across the journey. Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand what prospects are asking, where deals stall, and use that to prioritise the content calendar.
- Use AI to mine customer calls, support tickets, community discussions and product usage data for real customer language and unmet questions, turning that into validated content ideas that will land with our known target audience.
Editorial Authority & Brand Voice
- Own brand voice and messaging hierarchy and ensure consistency across every channel, asset and agency output.
- Act as editorial authority: decide what does and doesn't warrant a campaign, and make the call on how product updates get communicated to customers and prospects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Demand Generation Manager to advise and create compelling content for campaigns to drive quality pipeline across our target markets and segments.
- Interface with Product and Regulatory teams to translate complex regulatory detail and platform capability into customer-facing value, and with Customer Success to keep customer comms aligned and timely.
- Own customer relationship content strategy including newsletters and ongoing lifecycle comms.
- Set strategy and quality bar for the sales enablement library: sector decks, battle cards and renewal materials.
Channel & Agency Ownership
- Own social media content strategy, and brief and manage external creative, content agencies and copywriters to quality and deadline.
- Direct content production in partnership with other Marketing Specialists rather than running every asset yourself.
US Market Adaptation
- Produce US-specific copy and adapt UK case studies and proof points for US market context, in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
Career Progression and Development
At Nutritics, growth is built into how we operate and we believe that the best way for our business to grow is for our people to grow. As we scale internationally with the backing of private equity investment, we create real opportunities for people to stretch their skills, take on new challenges, and shape the future of our platform and our industry.
You can expect:
- Impact and Recognition: Join a team delivering significant global growth where you can feel and see the direct impact of your individual contributions.
- Expert Collaboration: Learn from working alongside an experienced management team and market leading clients around the world.

- Mentorship and Coaching: Access ongoing support and opportunities to expand your responsibilities as the business scales.
- Global Pathways: Take advantage of clear progression routes into senior leadership and specialist roles as we continue our international expansion.
The Ideal candidate will have
- 5+ years in a content marketing, content strategy or editorial role in B2B SaaS or B2B tech.
- A strong writer with a track record of content that drives pipeline, not just engagement.
- Real, hands-on use of AI in how you work, come with one concrete example of how you've used it for research, drafting, editing or insight-mining. We're not asking for a finished skillset or a portfolio of AI experiments, just evidence you're already doing this.
- Comfortable seeking out and working with primary source material such as call recordings, support tickets and usage data to find and validate content ideas.
- Proven editorial judgement: comfortable acting as gatekeeper, deciding what does and doesn't warrant a campaign.
- Comfortable operating autonomously, with no established in-house content function to lean on initially.
- A particular plus: skilled at interviewing clients, partners and internal spokespeople - someone who can turn a customer interview into real quotes, concrete stats and a compelling story.
- Nice to have: experience in hospitality, foodservice, food retail or another regulated B2B sector, and experience adapting UK content for a US audience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
