Content Marketing Manager
Teamwork.comTeamwork.com is an agentic PSA (professional services automation) platform that helps businesses win, plan and deliver projects more profitably. We connect projects, resourcing and financials in one place, so leaders get real numbers from real delivery, not guesswork, and can price work on purpose, deliver it for less, and grow margin over time. Our tagline puts it plainly: most tools track work, we make it profitable.
Project management tools can't manage money, so run delivery through one and you lose margin without ever seeing where. Finance-first tools capture the numbers, but delivery teams resist using them, so the data going in is bad and the numbers coming out are worse. Teamwork.com is built to do both: resourcing, financials and margin visibility captured as delivery happens, not bolted on afterwards, in a platform teams actually want to use.
We believe in hiring great people and look to ensure everyone has the best possible experience of work, every day. We strive to be open and transparent, humble and customer focused. And we thrive on curiosity, getting results and working together relentlessly to deliver excellence. We are a company of action, full of triers and doers: we try things, we make mistakes, and we learn from them.
We pride ourselves on doing right by our customers, working with brilliant people, and going above and beyond. Our personality is unmistakable: we work hard, take joy in our wins and each other's successes and important life events. And we care and support each other when life throws lemons. More than anything we embrace a straightforward approach to getting things done. We are fanatical about our customers, and when talent meets passion, success happens.

The opportunity
Teamwork.com is narrowing its go-to-market from broad-market marketing to a focused bet on specific mid-market segments. That shift needs two things: a content strategy that cuts through with mid-market buyers across key segments, and the operating infrastructure (editorial process, calendar, measurement) that lets the wider GTM team use content effectively. We are looking for an experienced content strategist to help build this out.

What good looks like
Experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with direct exposure to a mid-market or upmarket motion.
- A track record of both creating/overseeing content and building the process or operating model around it — not purely a hands-on writer, and not purely a process person.
- Experience partnering with sales and the wider marketing team, and tying content work to pipeline and revenue metrics, not just engagement metrics.
- Strong editorial judgement and writing/content craft — this person still needs to be able to “bring content to life,” not only manage a system.
- Proven experience of using AI to create content that cuts through and/or to streamline internal processes.
Skills
- Strategic thinking balanced with the operational discipline to build and run repeatable processes.
- Cross-functional stakeholder management — this role only succeeds if the wider GTM team actually adopts what's built.
- Comfortable defining and defending metrics that connect content to commercial outcomes.
How success will be measured
- The content engine (editorial board, calendar, measurement framework) is designed, documented, and operating on a regular cadence.
- Pipeline and revenue delivered by content.
- Adoption of content and processes by the wider GTM team — measured by usage of the repository, requests through the intake process, and qualitative feedback.
- Brand consistency across content, assessed via periodic audit.
- Delivery of the strategic content pillars and a content calendar aligned to mid-market segment priorities.
What you can expect
Content strategy
- Develop the content marketing strategy for Teamwork.com's move upmarket, ensuring messaging and content cut through across key mid-market segments.
- Develop and oversee content, both native (in-house created) and third-party (co-created, syndicated, guest, agency-produced), bringing the Teamwork.com brand to life for a mid-market audience. Customer Stories is an immediate priority.
- Enable the wider company — sales, demand generation, product marketing, customer success — to use that content effectively in-market.
- Own measurement of content success against key commercial outcomes: pipeline and revenue.
- Maintain brand consistency and voice across all content and channels as new segments and contributors are added.
Content engine & operating framework
Design and roll out the structure needed to run a SaaS content engine targeting mid-market buyers. Including:
- Editorial board: a recurring cross-functional forum to prioritise, greenlight, and review content against the strategic pillars and GTM priorities.
- Content calendar: a shared planning system spanning campaigns, channels, and contributors, visible to the wider GTM team.
- Content measurement framework: defined KPIs, reporting cadence, and attribution methodology linking content to pipeline and revenue.
- Content intake process: a structured way for sales, demand gen, and product marketing to collaborate on what content is required for which audience. .
- Central content repository: a single source of truth (DAM or equivalent) so the GTM team can self-serve approved, on-brand assets instead of asking for them repeatedly.
- Content lifecycle process: a regular audit cadence to refresh, repurpose, or retire ageing content rather than letting the library decay.
- GTM enablement: light training/onboarding so sales and other teams know what content exists, when to use it, and how to stay on-brand when they adapt it.
