As a Content Marketing Manager you can expect to...

  • Create and edit high-quality content across campaigns, web, email, social media, customer stories, thought leadership, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Own and manage the day-to-day U.S. social content calendar, with a strong emphasis on driving engagement through LinkedIn.
  • Develop content that supports demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), customer growth initiatives, and Microsoft alliance programs.
  • Interview subject-matter experts, executives, customers, and partners to uncover insights and transform them into compelling, audience-focused stories.
  • Build executive thought leadership and social content that reflects an authentic individual voice rather than generic corporate messaging.
  • Partner with campaign and industry teams to translate complex Microsoft, AI, business applications, and transformation topics into clear, market-facing narratives.
  • Repurpose long-form content and strategic assets into articles, social posts, emails, campaign copy, and other formats to maximize reach and impact.
  • Support customer storytelling efforts and case studies that showcase measurable business outcomes and value delivered.
  • Leverage AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate research, content ideation, repurposing, and production while maintaining a strong editorial standard and human perspective.
  • Monitor content and social performance metrics and apply insights to strengthen future content strategies and execution.
  • Ensure all content aligns with HSO’s brand, messaging, and editorial guidelines.

  • Turning complex, technical topics into clear, engaging, and relevant content for business audiences.
  • Writing and editing across multiple formats while maintaining a consistent voice and high editorial standards.
  • Identifying compelling story angles and uncovering meaningful insights from technical or business-focused conversations.
  • Interviewing executives, subject-matter experts, customers, and partners to capture authentic perspectives and expertise.
  • Creating social media content that drives engagement and supports broader business objectives.
  • Building authentic executive thought leadership and helping leaders communicate their unique points of view.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive messaging and content strategies.
  • Using strong editorial judgment to determine what content will resonate most with target audiences.
  • Applying AI as a productivity tool while preserving originality, strategic thinking, and a distinctly human voice.

Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have...

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting, communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content across a variety of formats and audiences.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong B2B content creation and storytelling across multiple channels and formats.
  • Experience creating and managing content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to make complex or technical subjects accessible and engaging without oversimplifying the message.
  • Strong interviewing skills and the confidence to work directly with senior executives and subject-matter experts.
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments, strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, AI solutions, or business applications; experience in these areas is a plus.
  • Strong editorial judgment and a demonstrated ability to identify and develop compelling stories.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to support content development while maintaining high-quality editorial standards and original thinking.
