We’re looking for a creative and organised Content Marketing Coordinator (Social) to join our Brand and Marketing team on a permanent full-time basis, supporting our Social & Community Impact (SCI) division.
This is a unique opportunity to bring your marketing, social media and content creation skills to life, supporting campaigns that truly make a difference to our community.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns and key projects across SCI initiatives, with a strong focus on social media and digital content. You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and managing content calendars and campaign materials
- Creating engaging social media content from ideation to execution
- Scheduling and publishing posts, including paid media via Meta Ads Manager
- Coordinating agencies and production partners to deliver compelling content
- Monitoring social media channels and engaging with our online community
- Reporting on campaign performance and using insights to improve future content
- Supporting project coordination, budget tracking, and stakeholder engagement
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in content marketing and social media management
- A creative flair and strong storytelling skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Solid understanding of digital tools such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and content management systems
- Collaborative mindset and confidence in working with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience with image/video editing tools (desirable)
