Description

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join Corston on a 4-month contract supporting the delivery of translated content across our website and marketing channels.

This role is focused on accuracy, organisation and process management. You'll be responsible for preparing content for translation, coordinating workflows, managing files and ensuring translated content is delivered accurately and on time.

The ideal person will enjoy working with data, systems and large volumes of content, taking pride in getting the details right.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare website and marketing content for translation.
• Clean and format documents ready for translation.
• Remove content that does not require translation.
• Convert files between Word and Excel where required.
• Upload and manage translation projects within translation management systems.
• Create and manage Asana tasks, project briefs and deadlines.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met.
• Use existing scripts and tools to process translation output files.
• Maintain organised file structures and documentation.
• Coordinate handovers to internal stakeholders.
• Support process improvements across translation workflows.

• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of content and data.
• Ability to work accurately within structured processes.
• Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience using Shopify.
• Experience using Asana.
• Exposure to Python scripts.
• Experience working with CMS platforms.
• Experience within ecommerce, content operations, localisation or translation workflows.
