Airtasker is entering a new chapter for brand, content and creative, and we want an in-house Content Creator and Videographer to help tell that story. You'll sit within the Brand & Studio team, taking ideas from a rough concept all the way through to shoot, edit and delivery.

One week you might be capturing a Tasker's story on location. The next, shooting a product explainer, cutting paid social assets, or turning an internal brand moment into something people actually want to watch. You spot a good story, know how to capture it, and shape it for the platform and audience it's meant for. You're already using AI tools to move faster and push ideas further, and you want to keep learning.

What you'll do:

• Ideate, shoot and edit high-volume video across brand campaigns, customer stories, social, product explainers, performance and internal comms
• Own production end to end, from concept and pre-production through to shoot, edit and final delivery
• Create social-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and whatever platform comes next
• Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Social and Creative to turn priorities into video that lands
• Capture authentic customer and Tasker stories that build trust and put real users at the centre
• Build video for every stage of the funnel, from brand awareness through to paid performance
• Use AI tools across video, image, audio and copy to speed up production and stretch creative further
• Stay plugged into internet culture, platform trends and emerging formats
• Keep content on-brand and adaptable across Airtasker's markets and audiences
• Test, learn and iterate based on performance data and creative learnings
• Help source and maintain in-house camera, audio and lighting gear

We'd love to hear from you if you tick some of these boxes:

• Solid video production skills, comfortable shooting and editing across mobile and desktop, and happy to step in front of the camera when needed
• Confidence with camera, lighting and audio across studio, field and social-first shoots
• Hands-on experience with editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and/or DaVinci Resolve
• A feel for social-first formats: hooks, pacing, aspect ratios, native platform behaviour
• An understanding of how video drives engagement, click-through and conversion
• Curiosity about AI tools across video, image, audio and copy, and a habit of testing new ones
• Comfort directing everyday people (not trained talent) on camera to get real, unscripted moments
• Basic motion graphics skills, clean text animation and transitions
• An eye for framing, pacing and story
• A genuine interest in the customer and Tasker experience
• Comfort juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
