Salary: $65,000-$72,000 annually
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Content Creator with a video-first mindset to lead content creation across Facebook, Email Campaigns, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role will also work with our graphic designer to support content creation for our brands.
As a part of our marketing team, you will develop content from concept, shoot, edit, and publish platform-native videos and supporting content. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented individual with excellent writing and communication skills. They should have a passion for storytelling, the ability to create engaging content across various platforms, and work well on a team. Experience with SEO, social media strategy, and analytics is highly desirable. This role is hands-on and requires site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch and create short-form videos, reels, social media posts, BTS, and Day in the Life videos and provide all graphic design and marketing collateral;
- Film and edit video;
- Write concise, clear post copy that reflects our tone and audience;
- Apply journalistic storytelling to develop content that informs, entertains, and drives engagement;
- Conduct interviews with internal team members or external partners/customers to create authentic, story-driven content;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute content strategies and campaigns;
- Help manage replies and DMs across social platforms;
- Track performance and recommend weekly adjustments;
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets and platforms while staying updated with industry trends;
- Travel to jobsites to capture footage of equipment in use;
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficient in videography, motion graphics, social media marketing with hands on experience leading from concept to execution;
- Graduate from a program related to graphic design, marketing, or video production;
- You already create short-form video content consistently;
- Proven ability with graphic design and creating promotional materials;
- Proficient in content creation tools, using all Adobe Creative Suite ( Premier, After Effects, Express, Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as online tools such as Canva and YouTube Studio;
- Industry awareness - a passion for construction equipment helps!;
- You’re organized, proactive, and can manage your own timelines;
- Travel required;
- Bilingual is an asset.
