As of January 1, 2026, Conexus, Cornerstone, and Synergy credit unions have merged into one provincial credit union serving over 200,000 members in 57 branches across 50 Saskatchewan communities.

The bigger picture 

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and collaborative storyteller to come on board as our temporary Content Creator, for up to a 14-month term. The Content Creator is responsible for developing and producing compelling copy and engaging content across multiple channels and formats for the Conexus family of brands. In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life by translating briefs into high-impact content that strengthens our brand, connects meaningfully with audiences, and supports our marketing priorities. From writing persuasive copy to creating engaging digital and multimedia content, you’ll help deliver consistent, on-brand messaging that enhances how our members experience and understand our products and services.

While Regina is the preferred location, we are open to considering various Conexus locations across Saskatchewan.

How you’ll be spending your time 

• Supporting the delivery of annual marketing and content plans through ongoing content planning and creation aligned to project briefs.
• Developing compelling, persuasive copy across channels including web, print, social, email, advertising, product materials, and more.
• Curating, posting, and engaging across Conexus’ social media channels in accordance with content plans, calendar, and social media.
• Writing, editing, and optimizing multi-channel content (short and long-form) for web, social, email, ads, and landing pages.
• Producing and curating multimedia content (photo and video), including basic scripting, editing, and channel adaptation.
• Ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and standards, while meeting legal, compliance, and accessibility requirements.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated, high-quality content on time.

You’re digitally savvy, with a strong sense of what performs across social and online platforms, and you bring a sharp eye for quality to everything you produce. Your creativity shows through fresh, engaging ideas, while your strong writing skills enable you to craft clear, compelling, and impactful content. Collaborative and easy to work with, you build strong relationships and consistently deliver in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities, staying organized, and always looking for new, innovative ways to strengthen content and reach.

The experience you bring 

• Post-secondary education in Writing, Advertising, Marketing, Social Media, or a related field, or a relevant combination of experience and post-secondary education
• 4+ years of experience as a copywriter, content creator, or related role preferably within an in-house marketing team, agency, or brand-driven organization
• Proficiency in writing software and creative tools
• Proficiency in research
• Demonstrated experience developing various content outputs for integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and marketing channels
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and language systems
• Demonstrated creative and persuasive writing skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style

Salary range

$70,520 - $88,153 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
