Job overview:
Are you a brilliant storyteller and content creator looking for a creative, varied and fast-paced communications role? As a Content and Channels Specialist, you’ll be part networker and journalist, part content creator and part channel owner. You’ll seek out the people and stories that brining AXA UK&I to life, turning them into brilliant written, visual and multimedia content that colleagues want to engage with. You’ll create and publish content across our digital and offline channels, using everything from video and visual storytelling to AI-enabled tools to find bolder, more daring ways to communicate.
You’ll also play a hands-on role in some of our biggest colleague campaigns and events, as well as helping us develop and improve our channels. Working with leaders and colleagues across AXA UK&I and regularly getting out across the business to meet them you’ll help us create communications that feel fresh, relevant and unmistakenly AXA.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. You’ll frequently spend time in our London office and be comfortable with travelling to other AXA offices.
