Join Sinclair, Inc. and the Agile Creative Content Engagement Team (ACCET) as a Client Services Content Creator. This hands-on production role is focused on writing, producing, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality creative content across multiple markets and platforms.

As a Client Services Content Creator, you will help bring client, market, regional, and national creative ideas to life. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in the full production process, comfortable managing multiple creative assignments, and able to work independently while collaborating with Sales, Client Services, project management, and creative leadership.

This is a practical, hands-on creative role. The right candidate should be ready to pick up a camera, shape a script, produce a shoot, solve an edit, build polished content, and support priority projects from concept through final delivery.

What You'll Do

As an ACCET Client Services Content Creator in our Baltimore, MD market, you will create commercial, branded, digital, promotional, and multi-platform content for assigned markets while helping maintain strong creative quality, clear communication, and reliable delivery.

Create High-Quality Multi-Platform Content

  • Write, produce, shoot, edit, and deliver commercial spots, branded content, digital campaigns, promotional creative, and other client deliverables.
  • Develop creative that is clear, compelling, strategically aligned, and appropriate for the audience, platform, client, and market need.
  • Support projects from concept through final delivery, including scripting, pre-production, field production, editing, graphics, audio, revisions, approvals, and exports.
  • Maintain high standards for storytelling, visual quality, brand consistency, pacing, sound, graphics, and overall production value.
  • Use strong creative judgment to solve production challenges and improve the final product.

Support Market, Regional, and National Production Needs

  • Produce creative work for multiple assigned markets while balancing deadlines, priorities, revisions, and client expectations.
  • Support high-profile, priority, multi-market, regional, or national productions as business needs require.
  • Coordinate production details with Client Services Managers, Strategists, Project Managers, Sales teams, clients, and market stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to changing production needs, shifting priorities, urgent deadlines, and time-sensitive client deliverables.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with Sales, Client Services, Creative Services, Production, Digital, Project Managers, and market leadership to understand goals and expectations.
  • Participate in creative discussions, campaign planning, production conversations, and feedback exchanges as needed.
  • Translate creative direction and client objectives into content that is effective, polished, and production-ready.
  • Communicate clearly about project status, creative needs, production challenges, and delivery timelines.

Maintain Workflow, Quality, and Production Standards

  • Use Adobe Workfront and other Sinclair systems to track assignments, respond to requests, update project status, and support workflow accuracy.
  • Review project details, creative assets, scripts, approvals, and delivery requirements to help prevent delays or rework.
  • Follow ACCET production standards, file management expectations, brand guidelines, and quality-control steps.
  • Stay open to new tools, templates, AI-supported workflows, and production processes that improve efficiency and creative quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong writing, producing, shooting, editing, storytelling, communication, and organizational skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial production, broadcast television, creative services, video production, post-production, digital content, agency work, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to independently produce polished commercial, branded, digital, or promotional content from concept through delivery.
  • Strong understanding of video production workflows, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, graphics, audio, client approvals, revisions, and final export.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Digital ad design and motion graphics/animation experience a BIG plus.
  • Familiarity with digital video, social media content, OTT/CTV advertising, branded content, and multi-platform campaign production preferred.
  • Comfort working in project management systems; Adobe Workfront experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move production equipment as needed; valid driver license and good driving record may be required for production-related needs.
  • A proactive mindset focused on creativity, collaboration, accountability, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Working Hours And Travel

  • Typical schedule is Monday to Friday 9a - 5p.
  • Schedule flexibility may be required based on production needs, client deliverables, station events, regional or national productions, or other time-sensitive projects.
  • Some longer days, nights, weekends, or holidays may be required based on business needs.
  • Travel may be required but is expected to be infrequent.

The hourly compensation range for this role is $26.92 to $33.65. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
