Client Engagement Rep - Social Media Marketer

Hugg and Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with social media marketing and content creation experience to join our team as a Social Media Marketer. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Social Media Marketer functions as part of the Client Engagement team and is responsible for content creation, marketing analytics, and serves as a key contributor to managing the company's digital marketing efforts on social media.

In this role, you will:

• Market the Hugg and Hall brand/story on various social media platforms and the company's website.
• Create engaging social media content across all social media mediums
• Monitor trends and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant
• Measure digital marketing analytics and performance via various systems and reporting metrics.
• Act as back up to answer incoming telephone calls corporate wide

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience or strong skillset/familiarity with social media platforms and latest technology
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• College degree preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

• This position is an indoor office environment with a controlled climate.
• This position requires sitting at a computer desk for extended periods of time with use of a computer keyboard.
• This position will continuously talk, hear, and read in verbal and written communication.
• This position will continuously use hands to type.
