Campaigns & Content Specialist
MultiverseMultiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.
We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.
Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.
In April 2026, we announced $70 million in strategic funding, led by Schroders Capital, with participation from StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. At an increased valuation of $2.1bn, the round makes us Europe’s first EdTech double unicorn.
But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.
Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.
Once you're here, you will:
- Take full ownership of delivering campaigns end-to-end on a quarterly bases, from brief to delivery, working across channels like PR, social/digital, internal comms and events
- Turn a campaign brief into a project plan: scoping the work, setting the timeline, and identifying who needs to be involved and when
- Coordinate with external vendors and across internal teams that typically contribute to each campaign, keeping trackers current and hitting the date, flagging progress throughout and proactively spotting as well as solving blockers before they threaten timelines.
- Track and report on campaign and event performance against agreed success metrics, turning results into clear takeaways and recommendations for what to repeat or change next time
- Spot and flag blockers and risks early, before they threaten the timeline
- Produce first-draft copy, briefing docs and materials to a high standard, applying feedback so the same issue doesn't recur
- Use AI tools fluently - drafting, research, summarising, first-pass analysis - to work faster and enable creative execution, without compromising the quality bar
- Own the ad hoc execution of the comms team's recurring commitments, like all-hands and event logistics for one-off events, ensuring quality delivery and proposing suggestions that can drive efficiency in how we operate as a team.
- Work closely with leaders across Comms, Brand and Marketing, who will give you clear strategic direction and define quality
About you:
- You have good judgement, strong organisational skills and creativity - you can turn a brief into a clear plan

- You produce excellent first-draft work and take feedback well, applying it so the same note doesn't come up twice
- You are hungry to learn and develop from the Comms, Brand and Marketing leaders you’ll collaborate with closely
