For nearly three decades, our brands—Spotlight Dance Cup and LEAP National Dance Competition—have stood at the forefront of the competitive dance industry, producing approximately 90 events in 30 states and 50+ cities annually.

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Position Overview
The Brand & Digital Marketing Manager leads the execution of Spotlight's digital marketing ecosystem, overseeing website management, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, content creation, and brand communications that drive event participation, customer engagement, and overall company visibility, while working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to steward the company's digital brand experience, ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints, manage day-to-day digital channels, lead Marketing team, coordinate contract creative partners, and collaborate across departments to support company-wide initiatives.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This position requires travel to approximately 6-8 regional events annually, each lasting 3–5 days, with the 1–2 national events lasting 6–8 days. The position includes physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, setting up equipment, and working in varied environments, including venues, hotels, and stages. Team members must also be comfortable sharing hotel rooms with same-gender colleagues during event assignments.
Mock Training: All new/first year event staff are required to attend an audition and training session in Eagle, Idaho (Typically hosted January 5–9). Spotlight provides flights, transport, lodging, and meals. Travel may occur one day before or after the scheduled dates.
