This role at Digitas will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.
Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.
Overview
This Analyst role sits within the Audience function of the broader Audience and Insights team, supporting audience strategy, activation, and measurement inputs for a major electronics client as the primary function of the role. The Analyst will also work closely with the Marketplace Intelligence & Competitive function to help connect audience recommendations to category trends, competitive activity, and broader business context.
The Analyst role will work across audience strategy, activation support, documentation, QA, and reporting inputs. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. They should be eager to understand both the numbers and the “why” behind the numbers, with a focus on turning data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
Audience Strategy
- Support development of target audience profiles using syndicated research, platform insights, publisher data, and client-provided inputs
- Help translate consumer behaviors, category trends, and media objectives into actionable audience strategies
- Contribute to audience signal development across behavioral, contextual, first-party, second-party, and third-party data sources
- Assist in identifying audience opportunities, gaps, and strategic considerations based on business objectives and campaign goals
- Support development of internal and client-facing audience summaries, POVs, and recommendation materials
Audience Activation Management
- Support translation of strategic audience definitions into platform- and publisher-ready activation inputs
- Maintain audience trackers, taxonomy documents, activation maps, and QA materials
- Assist with audience naming, logic documentation, sizing inputs, and platform feasibility checks
- Partner with investment, platform, and activation teams to confirm audience availability, delivery considerations, and implementation requirements
- Help identify opportunities to refine audience models based on campaign setup, reachability, and performance signals
Campaign Reporting
- Support measurement workstreams by gathering audience, campaign, and marketplace context
- Help connect audience strategy to performance readouts by identifying potential implications related to targeting, reach, composition, and activation approach
- Contribute to reporting materials by developing clear, concise takeaways that help explain what happened, why it may have happened, and what to consider next

Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in media, analytics, audience strategy, or agency environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to summarize data into clear takeaways
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable maintaining trackers, documentation, and QA materials
- Familiarity with syndicated research, platform data, publisher data, customer data, or media activation inputs
- Foundational understanding of paid media planning, audience targeting, or campaign measurement preferred
- Comfortable working with Excel or similar tools to organize, analyze, and summarize data
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated critical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated and eager to learn across audience strategy, data activation, and media measurement

Compensation Range: USD $55,765.00 - USD $77,070.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
