Position Overview

Who you are: Passionate about digital advertising, you’re hungry to learn the fundamentals of paid search, SEO and social media in a fast-paced and fun environment. You’re ready to kick-start your career in media and are excited to be part of world-class, campaigns for high profile clients in a rewarding and dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong working relationship with the media sales community, specifically our partners, to become the point person for day to day needs and account maintenance for all active campaigns
  • Perform ongoing health checks including URL audits, key word audits, search query reports, etc. Flagging issues to Search Manager as they arise.
  • Pull data, format reports; Serve as resource in terms of gathering and distributing research around the industry or our clients
  • Work with Search Engine Reps to implement new tactics (placements, ad units) to improve performance of clients’ advertising
  • Maintain detailed files of all pertinent records (latest media plans, performance reports, etc.) relevant to clients’ business with KINESSO
  • Become proficient with 3rd party ad-serving, tracking & analytic systems to be able to accurately input media plan details and launch campaigns - Search Ads 360, Adobe, etc.
  • Brainstorming/researching targeting & copy ideas for specific campaigns
  • Use research tools to develop profile of target audience with view into their search/online behaviors Work closely with Media team to understand and track all pertinent campaign information
  • Contribute to the development of campaign assets such as key work and ad copy that aligns to the key campaign strategies
  • Ensure pacing is completed at the proper cadence and any issues are properly flagged; update pacing documents

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ample experience in advertising or interactive media (a plus), internship experience included
  • Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication skills and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers (solid math skills)

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Familiar with OneDrive and Microsoft capabilities preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion

The salary range for this position is posted below.
