Summary
Love the idea of owning campaigns that actually reach people — in their inbox, on their phone, in an ad they scroll past and can't help but click? This role puts you right in the middle of our email, SMS, and performance marketing world, where you'll help shape how customers discover and fall for our brands. You'll get your hands dirty with data, get creative with campaigns, and work alongside a team that cares as much about the "why" as the "what." If you're detail-oriented but hate rigid routines, love solving puzzles with numbers, and want a role where no two weeks look the same — keep reading.
Responsibilities
- Bringing Campaigns to Life: Help build and launch email, SMS, and paid media campaigns that tell our brand story and get people to actually click, buy, and come back for more.
- Making the Automations Work Their Magic: Keep our triggered flows, abandoned cart sequences, and retention automations humming — tweaking and testing along the way.
- Keeping Us All in Sync: Help manage the CRM and performance marketing calendar so the whole team knows what's launching when (no surprises, just good vibes and good timing).
- Digging Into the Data: Pull reports, track ROAS/LTV, and help turn numbers into real insights — partnering with our Senior Manager to figure out what's working and what to try next.
- Connecting with Retail: Team up with brand and digital partners on campaigns that support big moments — think store locator pushes, local offers, and co-branded promos.
- Owning TikTok Shop CRM: Help execute and QA in-app CRM and shop campaigns so every offer lands exactly right.
- Watching the Trends: Keep an eye on engagement metrics and flag what's heating up or cooling down — you'll be one of the first to spot an opportunity.
- Staying Big-Picture: Understand how your work ladders up to DTC and retail goals, so your campaigns aren't just busy work — they matter.
- Testing Everything: Get curious with A/B tests across creative, audiences, copy, and landing pages. Half the fun is finding out what actually works.
- Sweating the Details (in a good way): Own QA for CRM assets and campaign tracking so everything looks right and works right, every time.

- Solid grasp of segmentation, marketing automation tools, and retail marketing tactics

- A good sense of humor and calm under pressure when things move fast
- A/B testing chops and a feel for landing page/funnel optimization
- A genuinely positive attitude
- Comfort with ambiguity — you can pivot when the business needs it, without losing your cool
