Overview
Dysrupt is looking for an Associate Director, Search Performance Marketer who’s ready to take the next leap in their performance marketing career. You’ll bring strategic rigor to a portfolio of clients, shape paid media campaigns from brief to execution, and act as a trusted advisor across platforms. You’re excited by innovation, energized by solving business problems with media, and equally skilled at hands-on campaign management and big-picture thinking.

As an Associate Director, you’ll oversee a cross-vertical book of business (3–4 clients), develop integrated paid media strategies across platforms, and guide both internal teams and client stakeholders with clarity and confidence. This is a client-facing role with a strong emphasis on performance marketing, but with increasing ownership of team leadership, process innovation, and strategic planning.

Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $149,296.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
