What you’ll do

  • Lead client engagements, translating client needs and marketing objectives into effective media strategies and marketing automation solutions.
  • Advise clients on messaging cadence, data strategy, and implementation best practices, ensuring recommendations align with their goals and industry trends.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback sessions. Address concerns, improve satisfaction, and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business through compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop CXM professionals. Set clear direction, delegate effectively, conduct performance reviews, and support individualized career development.
  • Oversee end-to-end omnichannel campaign implementation, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and progress against client KPIs.
  • Partner with media strategy, data analytics, business insights, and development teams to support seamless campaign execution.
  • Maintain clear documentation of CXM processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement optimizations to maximize ROI and meet client expectations.
  • Stay current on developments in marketing automation and CXM. Evaluate and onboard media and technology partners that strengthen our offerings.
  • Develop thought leadership materials, such as case studies, white papers, and points of view, to showcase our expertise.

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing automation, media strategy, email delivery management, or a related field, with a strong record of success.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CDP, CRM, or similar MarTech platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Tealium, or Eloqua.
  • 2+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.
  • Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
