We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused individual to help lead the evolution of our digital ecosystem and drive impactful customer experiences across web and mobile channels.

In this role, you will report to the SVP, Digital Marketing and be part of the leadership group developing and optimizing CI’s digital capabilities that support marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. As a key contributor to our digital transformation journey, you will leverage Adobe Experience Cloud technologies to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences while partnering across the organization to shape digital strategy and execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work with our Digital Agency partners to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of digital experiences across our web, mobile, and marketing platforms.
  • Maximize the capabilities of Adobe Experience Cloud to create engaging, personalized customer journeys.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Client Services, SEO, Product, and Technology teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive business outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in discovery, planning, design, development, and project governance activities.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and external vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery.
  • Establish and maintain digital governance, accessibility standards, quality assurance processes, and a consistent user experience across digital properties.
  • Leverage analytics, customer insights, and industry best practices to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the digital experience function.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital platforms, websites, or content management systems.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Digital Experience, UX/UI, Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience leading digital initiatives in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of website governance, accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG), and digital experience best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect customer needs, business objectives, and technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
  • Curious, adaptable, and motivated by continuous learning and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Financial services industry experience is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Adobe Target
  • Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
  • SEO best practices
  • Web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $143,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
