The Role

Love social media? Always know what’s trending before everyone else?

We’re looking for an Assistant Social Media Specialist to help our brands stay connected to culture, conversations and communities online.

Working with our Social Media Manager and brand teams, you’ll:

• Spot emerging trends, cultural moments and social opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement across our brands.
• Monitor consumer conversations and turn them into useful insights.
• Support content scheduling, publishing and social reporting.
• Get involved in campaigns, influencers and creator activity.
• Support brand activations, events and real-time content.

About you

You’re curious, creative and genuinely interested in what makes people engage online.

You’ll bring:

• Strong knowledge of Meta and TikTok.
• Great writing and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• A relevant tertiary qualification.
• Social media, customer service, marketing or digital content experience will be highly regarded.
