Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.
The Amazon Leo APJ Consumer team is looking for a talented Senior Manager, Subscriber Lifecycle & Retention to own the full subscriber lifecycle — from activation through mature tenure — across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. This role combines lifecycle marketing strategy with retention and churn prevention, ensuring subscribers activate successfully, engage deeply with the service, and remain loyal customers over the long term.
You will be responsible for building proactive lifecycle communications from day zero, deploying predictive churn indicators to identify at-risk subscribers, developing intervention strategies, and executing save programs that protect customer lifetime value. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle and retention strategy, designing and executing automated programs that drive activation, engagement, early intervention, and churn reduction across email, push, in-app, SMS, and outbound channels.
You will work closely with GTM, Growth, Product, Marketing, Field Service, Customer Service, Finance, and Analytics teams across multiple APJ markets. A successful candidate will be both creative and highly analytical, with deep experience building lifecycle marketing and retention programs for subscription businesses operating across diverse markets. We are looking for someone customer obsessed and data-driven with a proven track record of improving activation rates, reducing churn through proactive engagement and targeted interventions, and driving measurable subscriber outcomes at scale. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and experienced in navigating the cultural, regulatory, and market nuances of the APJ region.
