Overview

We are hiring an Affiliate Account Manager to help shape and grow high-performing affiliate marketing programmes. You’ll combine insight, relationship-building and commercial thinking to create campaigns that deliver measurable value for clients. Working with colleagues, publishers and affiliate partners, you’ll turn performance data into clear decisions and new opportunities. It’s a visible role where your ideas, attention to detail and client partnership will make a genuine impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day strategic and tactical delivery of affiliate programmes across your client portfolio.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, publishers and affiliate partners.
  • Use campaign data to identify trends, manage risks and recommend opportunities for growth.
  • Manage budgets carefully, supporting accurate forecasting, reconciliation and investment decisions.
  • Negotiate valuable publisher opportunities that improve exposure while protecting client costs.
  • Resolve tracking, reporting and platform issues in collaboration with affiliate networks and internal specialists.
  • Present clear performance updates to clients while supporting junior colleagues with their development and responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in affiliate or performance marketing, gained within an agency, network or in-house team.
  • The ability to translate data into practical insights, recommendations and campaign improvements.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills across clients, publishers and colleagues.
  • Clear written, verbal and presentation skills, including confidence communicating campaign results.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to take ownership and work independently when needed.
  • Strong organisation, numerical accuracy and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, with an openness to learning relevant media systems.
