Affiliate Marketing
Description

Endy is looking for a data-driven and competitive Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our partnership program across Canada and the United States. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth & Ecommerce, you will own one of Endy’s most critical acquisition channels, serving as the bridge between our brand and the publishers who influence purchasing decisions. This is a performance marketing role first and a relationship management role second.

In the mattress and sleep category, third-party validation is everything. Customers do their research, and we need to be where they are looking. In this role, you won’t just be managing a platform; you will be managing high-stakes relationships, optimizing a significant budget, and ensuring Endy maintains its share of voice in a fiercely competitive market. You will blend partnership management with a strong performance marketing mindset, using data, attribution analysis, testing, and channel optimization to drive efficient customer acquisition and sustainable growth.

If you are a negotiator at heart who loves digging into data to find the next win, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Program Management & Growth: Execute and refine the affiliate strategy across Canada and the United States, managing commission structures, budgets, and performance targets to drive sustainable, incremental growth.
  • Scale High-Value Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and negotiate with top-tier publishers, review sites, and strategic partners; secure premium placements that expand reach and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Drive Relationship Optimization: Optimize the active partner mix in a crowded, competitive category using performance insights and testing to improve revenue efficiency, conversion rates, and partner quality over time.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Manage weekly reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the affiliate channel; leverage attribution data, testing, and cross-channel insights to optimize spend, improve acquisition efficiency, and measure incrementality against Paid Search and other acquisition channels.
  • Program Operations & Quality Assurance: Oversee platform operations and tracking accuracy, managing commission validation and upholding brand standards to prevent fraud and ensure all partner content is compliant.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with SEO, Paid Search, Content, PR, and Growth teams to align affiliate strategy with broader acquisition, search visibility, and conversion objectives.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • The Experienced Affiliate Marketer: You have 3+ years of dedicated experience in affiliate marketing across Canada and the United States, ideally within a high-growth DTC or e-commerce environment. You know the major players (publishers, networks, sub-networks) and how the ecosystem works.
  • A Performance-Oriented Analyst: You are highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets, attribution models, and channel performance metrics. You understand acquisition economics and can translate clicks, conversions, and customer behavior into actionable growth opportunities.
  • A Skilled Negotiator: You are comfortable picking up the phone or jumping on a Zoom to pitch a deal. You know how to negotiate hard for premium placements and CPA rates that protect our margins while motivating partners.
  • Technically Savvy: You have hands-on experience managing affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact), interpreting attribution data, and working with analytics tools such as GA4. You understand tracking, conversion flows, and performance measurement across acquisition channels.
  • A Cross-Channel Collaborator: You understand that Affiliate doesn't live in a silo. You partner with SEO, PR, and Content teams to maximize reach, bringing a forward-looking understanding of how affiliate content influences AI-driven search and GEO.
  • Resilient & Competitive: You thrive in a crowded category. You are proactive about monitoring competitors and are constantly looking for the "next big win" to steal market share.

Why you’ll love working at Endy:

  • A people-first, purpose-driven culture
  • Generous vacation and wellness days
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Hybrid work model with a beautiful Toronto HQ
  • Employee discounts and perks - including the best sleep of your life
