Role overview
Owns Kraymer Art's affiliate and creator program end to end, from sourcing creators through tracking, payout, and reporting. Builds the systems and relationships that turn a warm anime audience into a repeatable growth channel. Works with the founder and marketing on turning creator content into affiliate, organic, and paid opportunities.
What you'll do
- Own the affiliate and creator program end to end, sourcing through payout and reporting.
- Source and qualify anime, gaming, fashion, and lifestyle creators by brand fit, audience, engagement, and content quality.
- Set up and manage affiliate tracking in Social Snowball or a comparable tool: creator programs, tracked links, discount codes, and onboarding.
- Run outreach, follow-up, gifting, and creator agreements without letting relationships slip.
- Build and maintain the creator database, outreach templates, and performance reporting.
- Turn strong creator content into affiliate, organic, and paid ad opportunities, including whitelisting into paid.
- Build a tiered ambassador or referral program where creators recruit other creators.
Must-haves
- Proven affiliate marketing experience, with a program you personally ran.
- Hands-on experience with Social Snowball, UpPromote, Refersion, or a similar affiliate and referral platform.
- Creator or influencer marketing experience for an ecommerce brand.
- Shopify experience.
- Genuine anime knowledge and familiarity with fandom communities.
- Written and spoken English at C2 level. This is a hard requirement.
The details
- Fully remote, open to applicants in any country.
- 40 hours per week, flexible hours, choose your own schedule.
- Pay is US$6 to US$15 per hour based on experience. If your rate expectation is above this range, this is not the role for you. Please do not apply.
- Long-term role with full-time potential.
