Role Overview
The Advertising Coordinator provides day-to-day support for Maxwood Furniture's Advertising team. This role works closely with our Google Ads Strategist, Meta Paid Media Specialist, and Paid Media Associates to coordinate campaigns, organize creative assets, maintain reporting, and support the execution of paid advertising initiatives across multiple digital channels.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn the world of digital advertising. As the role develops, this individual will have opportunities to take ownership of additional advertising platforms and campaigns while expanding their expertise in paid media.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Assist Paid Media Specialists with campaign setup, optimization, quality assurance, and ongoing monitoring across advertising platforms outside of Google and Meta.
- Maintain campaign calendars, project trackers, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate creative requests and organize advertising assets with internal stakeholders.
- Pull, organize, and distribute campaign performance reports.
- Monitor budgets, spend pacing, and campaign performance metrics.
- Assist with keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research projects.
- Help identify performance trends, optimization opportunities, and actionable insights through campaign data analysis.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and ensure information is current across systems.
- Support advertising testing initiatives and track results.
- Develop an understanding of emerging advertising platforms and progressively take ownership of campaign management responsibilities as experience grows.
- Partner with Brand Managers, Innovation, Analytics, and 3P teams to support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Advertising team as needed.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, ecommerce, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
- Experience with any digital advertising platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Wayfair Advertising, or similar) is a plus but not required.
