We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Account Director (Activations, PR and Influencer) for a 12-month fixed-term contract with our awesome team in Auckland.

The role:

As the Account Director, you will be a senior leader responsible for driving client growth, leading integrated marketing programs and developing high-performing teams. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, delivering strategic activations, experiential, PR and influencer campaigns that create measurable business impact while contributing to the commercial success and growth of the business.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic client relationships, acting as senior counsel across a portfolio of key accounts.
• Drive the development and delivery of integrated activations, events, PR, influencer and social campaigns that deliver outstanding results.
• Identify and secure opportunities for organic client growth, while contributing to new business acquisition and pitch activity.
• Lead, coach and mentor Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, profitability and operational excellence across client portfolios.

A bit about you:

• 8+ years' experience in integrated marketing, activations, experiential, PR, influencer or related agency environments.
• Proven success managing senior client relationships and delivering large-scale integrated campaigns.
• Strong leadership capability with experience developing and inspiring teams.
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, forecasting and driving business growth.
• Strategic, collaborative and solutions-focused, with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
