**A company in the area is seeking a Sr Marketing Manager to join their team****Description:**We are looking for a Marketing Manager of B2B marketing responsible for supporting all B2B marketing activities, reporting to our SVP, Commercial. An ideal candidate will have 7-10 years experience (ideally in the healthcare industry but not required). Essential duties and responsibilities include:+ Working closely with our SVP, Commercial to develop a targeted prospect list and messaging campaign across multiple industry verticals+ Driving top of funnel sales through targeted campaigns+ Developing our customer journey, specifically identifying key buying moments that will allow us to optimize our market message and sales effectiveness over time+ Working closely with Enterprise Sales and Product to iterate on our message as we gather feedback+ Managing our annual B2B marketing budget**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**+ A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), with MBA preferred+ 7-10 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare+ Self-starter who works well with ambiguity and uncertainty+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal+ Creativity in delivering simple but effective stories to a wide range of audiences+ Deep experience working within a CRM, marketing automation, and other marketing platforms+ Ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, risk factors, and translate business requirements into action plan and deliverables+ Attention to detail - able to drive high-level vision and strategy while simultaneously executing at a detailed level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
