We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. You will be responsible for our consumer-facing social presence across owned and earned social. We are redefining our social landscape and this role will place you at the centre of delivering strategies for Holland & Barrett; building social communities to drive channel, revenue and brand growth.
Reporting into the Senior Social Media Manager, you will be joining a new era of social media for Holland & Barrett and be accountable for driving unprecedented growth in engagement and loyal followers.
Maintaining a monthly social media calendar for each platform, leveraging market trends, social listening, brand marketing and business objectives to maximise relevance of storytelling to drive engagement, reach, and follower growth
Execution across social media platforms, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube etc.
Briefing of social media copy, usage of hashtags, and alignment with brand tone of voice.
Agency management and utilisation, ensuring maximum benefit and aligned output
Maintaining a direct relationship with social media platform representatives.
Ensuring the social media budget is used to maximise ROI and achieve business plans.
Regular reporting and campaign analysis.
Ensuring all data is used effectively, including social listening and sentiment monitoring.
Monitoring social community management and moderation, in collaboration with the Customer Service team.
A social trailblazer with 5+ years' experience in social.
Huge ambition to drive growth, with a passion for health, beauty and wellness.
In house experience preferably within the retail industry
Proven history of exceeding targets and delivering profitable growth.
Extensive knowledge of the major social media channels and management platforms
Understanding of social and content analytics tools and processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience working in a cross functional capacity
