An exciting new opportunity has arisen, to join a well-established hair and cosmetics company based in Park Royal. As the company embarks on a journey to redefine their business lines, they are seeking a Social Media and Digital Marketing Assistant to work alongside the Marketing Manager, in order to deliver a vision for the brand's identity. This is a role that requires a high level of autonomy as you will be a key member of the marketing team.

NOTE: this is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Management and activation of paid social media advertisements, ensuring all platforms are optimised and KPI targets are met.
Create and build the voice and image of the brand, through creating content and conversations that create a buzz, connect with the target audience, push brand awareness and promote the brand positioning with creativity.
Manage all social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and interaction with customers.
Create, design and manage all publishing content, ensuring content is highly creative, relevant, original and conveys the brand message
Foster relationships with key social influencers (retailers, stylists, bloggers) for cross-promotion opportunities and takeovers.
Analyse and monitor marketing campaigns, reporting on all key metrics and evaluating ROI of marketing spend on social media channels.
Create, manage and update content on website including web banners, newsletters, email marketing, mail chimp.
Design internal marketing collateral, e.g. catalogues, leaflets, price lists etc.
Management of audio and video uploads and channels.
Assist with trade shows, marketing and promotional events.Key Skills Required:

Fluent in English
1-2 years' of social media experience, ideally within the beauty industry.
Strong design abilities and aptitude in the following: Photoshop, MS Office, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite and Mail Chimp.
Basic video editing skills are preferred.
