Job Description

To support the Managing Director in the continual growth of an extremely successful very niche recruitment business. This role will be varied, offering career progression and the opportunity to embark on a journey of growth and achievement for all parties involved.
This role is ideally full time but there can be flexibility regarding working hours.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Managing the company's social media platforms
* Ensuring continual brand awareness and positive brand recognition
* Utilising the power of social media to reach out and attract relevant industry talent
* Conducting a variety of administration duties including database management, reception duties, diary management, arranging travel and basic accounting duties
Skills, Experience and Attributes required:
* Minimum 5 years' experience within an office environment
* A Marketing qualification would be desirable
* An excellent working knowledge of social media (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) - a creative background is needed and would add significant value to the role
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
* Driven to succeed with a desire to complete tasks extremely efficiently
* Naturally confident and inquisitive with a passion to continually learn and undertake market research
* Excellent communication skills
* Extremely good spelling and grammar with an eye for detail
* Recruitment experience is not essential but could potentially be advantageous
