We’re once again partnering with our very cool pals at Farsiight and this time? We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager who really knows their sh*t.

Not in a “can launch a few campaigns and optimise some ads” kind of way either.

We’re talking proper Paid Media brains. Someone who understands how strategy, creative, performance and implementation all need to work together to drive seriously good performance.

Someone just as comfortable deep in-platform as they are leading strategy conversations across a portfolio of brands who trust their opinion.

THE GIG

This role sits in a veryyy cool sweet spot. It’s the kind of gig people in Paid Media are always trying to find.

You’ll own a curated portfolio of SMB brands across Paid Search + Paid Social with end-to-end ownership across strategy, performance and client partnerships.

You’ll still be close to the platforms, but you'll also be deeply involved in strategy, creative, performance and identifying where the real growth opportunities sit. You'll work alongside some seriously clever humans across Paid Media, Strategy and Creative, with plenty of room to challenge thinking, bring ideas to the table and make your mark.

And honestly? One of the coolest things about this role is where it goes next.
Farsiight isn't looking for someone who might be ready for leadership one day. They're looking for someone who's already operating at that level.

The expectation? You'll own your patch, influence strategy, back yourself in client conversations and step into a leadership position within the first few months.

This isn't a "stick around for two years and we'll see what happens" progression story. The pathway is already there.

Your world will look a lil’ something like this:

  • Managing a curated portfolio of SMB brands
  • Owning strategy, client partnerships, implementation and performance end-to-end
  • Building, scaling and optimising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest + Bing
  • Driving creative + performance testing across Paid Search + Paid Social
  • Leading client conversations, reviews and growth planning
  • Turning campaign data into commercial insights clients actually care about
  • Spotting growth opportunities, trends + performance gaps early
  • Collaborating closely with creative + strategy teams on smarter campaigns
  • Finding smarter ways to work through AI, automation and whatever else is helping push Paid Media forward
  • Managing healthy monthly budgets ranging from roughly $20K–$100K+
AND YOU?

You know your way around Paid Search + Paid Social, you’ve managed sizeable budgets and you’re probably at that point where you want more than just “manage the campaigns and send the report” energy.

You want more ownership. More influence. More of a say in the work and where it goes next.

You’re commercially clever, confident in-platform and know how to connect creative, strategy and performance in a way that drives really bloody good results.

You’ll likely bring:
  • 4-5+ years in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
  • Strong agency-side experience
  • Genuine hybrid Search + Social capability
  • Strong hands-on expertise across Meta + Google
  • Experience owning strategy, implementation, client management and performance end-to-end
  • Experience across B2B/B2C challenger brands or growth-focused businesses
  • Confidence running your own patch and backing yourself to make things happen
  • Solid GA4, GTM, attribution + tracking knowledge
  • Already operating with leadership instincts and excited by the opportunity to step into a leadership position quickly
