Join WeVideo and begin the next chapter in your story with us.Your responsibilitiesUnderstand our target audience and personas, design experiments, develop campaign strategies, and drive execution of campaigns.Work closely with product, analytics, and support teams to continuously test, optimize and improve user experience, engagement and conversion metrics.Partner with product marketing and the creative team to identify content and creative to support acquisition and lifecycle programs.Drive user activation, retention and expansion by owning lifecycle marketing - both strategy and execution - via email, push notifications, and other techniques.Analyze all aspects of the conversion funnel, identity areas for improvement, and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.Own metrics and reporting for all growth efforts for Marketing including awareness metrics, acquisition metrics, conversion rates, retention rates, and others utilizing data to continually measure and optimize performance.Your experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Advanced business degree preferred.8+ years of experience in growth marketing and digital marketing, with a history of building and executing growth strategies in B2C companies. Experience in video, B2B software, consumer hardware, mobile apps and/or SaaS products strongly preferred.Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices, and how to engage prospects and customers at multiple points through the customer journey, from awareness to retention and referrals, with a test-and-learn mindset.Deep knowledge of CRM, email, mobile and marketing automation tools (Hubspot and/or Intercom a plus)Digital marketing expertise, with demonstrated success creating and executing multichannel digital programs.Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes.Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologiesProactive not reactive, with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentResults-oriented and data-driven, with the Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, product teams, and other marketing functions.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
