As an integral team member of three Clearwater Beach hotels, the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and very creative with a willingness to continue to grow in their knowledge of social media and marketing.

This position requires close interaction and collaboration with the revenue management and operations team to ensure all website, social media, marketing and other communication accurately reflects the hotels' brand messages. Candidates should have a well-developed capacity to coordinate and implement various strategies throughout our digital platform including social media, promotions and grass roots marketing.


  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
  • Attend events and produce live social media content (includes nights and weekends)
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media content calendar
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, reviews, and comments
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
  • Manage all websites
  • Work with corporate eCommerce team to maintain all online listings and brand reputation management
  • Ensure all content is on-brand and is consistent with brand standards
  • Liaison between hotels and brand representatives for marketing, website and social media needs
  • Create and maintain digital signage content at hotels
  • Organize and update database of hotels' digital assets

Job Requirements:


  • Experience with hotel/hospitality related marketing is highly desired
  • Candidates must be available to work nights and weekends to attend special events and hotel activities
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years experience with B2C social media marketing or content development
  • Direct experience using social media management tools (Meltwater, Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
  • Experience with web development platforms such as Squarespace and Wordpress


  • Self motivated with a positive and professional attitude
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
  • Excellent social listening skills
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
  • Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
