**Description:**A large software client is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing marketing initiatives to support the growth and expansion within our existing customer base. This position will report to Sr. Manager, Cross-Sell Strategy and work closely with many cross functional teams, including customer loyalty, customer success, marketing, and product. As a Marketing Manager on the Customer Marketing team, contractor will be responsible for driving upsell and cross sell opportunities for the customer account management team. The marketing manager will also play an integral role to influence and enhance the company's customers' end-to-end experience**Responsibilities:**- Develop a data-driven customer segmentation strategy to drive upgrade or cross-sell opportunities.- Generate upsell/cross-sell leads for the account management team. Define and refine the marketing and sales hand-off experience. Report out performance of marketing and campaigns based on KPIs and defined analytics.- Create go-to-market programs specifically for customers to support new products and features from the product portfolio.- Launch integrated campaigns leveraging multiple marketing channels such as account-based marketing, direct mail, social, email, webinars, and in-person events to increase customer engagement and upsell opportunities.- Own and refine the customer upsell funnel. Create campaigns with full funnel needs in mind.- Work closely with our Customer Account Manager team by delivering customer intelligence, creating sales enablement tools and resources, and provide expertise and programs to help them identify opportunities to sell. Own the feedback loop between sales and marketing.- Develop evergreen, automated marketing programs that can support customers' lifecycle. Ensure timely and relevant communications are delivered to the correct customer segments based on their product lifecycle and interaction- Create marketing campaign briefs to outline cross-sell strategy framework, target audience, thought leadership content, to drive product and solution awareness.**Skills:**_MUST HAVES:_- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications.- 5+ years of marketing experience, including experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, with a focus in the SMB market- Experience in field marketing and/or providing direct support to sales teams.- Marketing campaign management experience- Lead lifecycle management experience- Proven experience in working and collaborating with cross-functional teams_Highly Preferred:_- Prior experience in customer marketing, customer experience, and loyalty marketing is a huge plus.. Strong operational experience with lead scoring and lead passing preferred- Experience with CRM automation tools (e.g., marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua), Web tools (Adobe Analytics), and analytic tools (e.g. Tableau).**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
