My retained client is an Agricultural Financial Services business. We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Marketing Manager to lead, develop and execute a new and exciting Marketing strategy.

The Job Role details:
Developing and executing a marketing strategy that achieves the company's strategic, commercial and reputational goals.
Overseeing all marketing operations of the business.
Raising awareness with all relevant audiences.
Leading collaborative marketing activities with our partners in the agricultural sector.
Act as an ambassador of the company.
Lead on creative communications and marketing campaigns for the business in an omnichannel environment, including as the accountable individual for the company's website.
Work with Product Development to ensure the business reacts to market demand and on meeting the communications requirements of customer segments.
Point-of-contact for any external communications, marketing or advertising agency, including leading the procurement of any such service.
Make sure quality standards are met and deadlines achieved.
Advise on company policies, practices, processes and systems to improve customer outcomes.
Management, motivation and coaching of junior colleagues - two direct reports envisaged.
Conduct customer and market insight to continue to evolve our messaging and branding in line with our customers' needs.
Manage and evolve the business online presence through social media platforms and website.
Develop the functional KPIs and reporting framework to measure success, drive continuous improvement and provide performance updates to the Executive team and the Board.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
At least 5 years agricultural experience
Self-starter, with attention to detail, able to manage a varied and heavy workload in a fast-growing environment
Strong appreciation of the key elements in the development of a customer facing organisation
Actively suggests innovation and takes initiative
Experience of managing external suppliers and managing related budgets
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent IT skills
Experience managing and developing others
Knowledge of Financial Services
Understanding of Financial Promotions Rules
Project management skills/experience
Experience of managing projects across departments in an Agile methodology
Quantitative analytical skills
c£50,000 - £65,000 Depending Upon Experience
Negotiation purely depending upon experience
