Job Description


Kforce has a client seeking a Graphic Designer in Reynoldsburg, OH. Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines for assigned projects with the aid of the Art Directors and cross-functional partners
  • Produce, optimize and output final artwork
  • Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail on a variety of projects simultaneously throughout the creative and production process
  • Respond quickly to design challenges and new business needs including promotional activity
  • Create and translate templates seasonally
  • Brainstorm with team to create innovative brand communication, translate merchandising strategies to elevate and evolve the brand
  • Collaborate closely with merchants and marketing to translate merchandising strategy into compelling, brand-right creative
  • Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met

Job Requirements:


  • Understand and be able to implement merchant and marketing objectives for each project and season assigned
  • Very strong verbal and written communication and positive attitude are required
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
  • Very strong and sophisticated typography design skills including ability to communicate to the customer with the optimal copy hierarchy
  • Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences
  • Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing
  • Expert InDesign skills
  • Advanced level proficiency in all other Adobe CC
  • Passion and understanding of cross-platform communication from print to digital. With a focus on print
  • Collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
  • Resourceful self-starter who gets things done
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
