Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job:

This role is office based.

Establish a greater digital focus to drive and evolve the online footprint of the brand and more importantly provide a channel to deliver increased sales leads into the marketing and sales funnel. Deliver an integrated set of digital communications, including the management and ongoing improvement of the website and the content curation across social media channels including video. This is very much a "doer" role as opposed to a delegate role.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Own & develop content calendar in response to relevant Marketing Plan.

*

Create agreed digital content and / or manage through incumbent creative agencies as appropriate

*

Manage website utilising backend CMS.

*

Management of all website and social channels content updates.

*

Management of Social Media channels: Enter, create, curate, post, and monitor content in line with marketing objectives, ABM, and sales target accounts.

*

Performance monitoring and analysis of Social Media Channels, Websites, and competitive set. Manage KPIs, measure ROI and propose short vs. long term actions.

*

Engage in social listening to identify and report on trends.

*

Monitor and manage 1st response to all digital customer enquiries.

*

Manage the development of SEO as well as campaign optimisation.

*

Input to annual budgeting process (from annual plan) and budget management for assigned tasks.

*

Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to identify new opportunities.

Proven project management skills - ability to plan, prioritise, coordinate, and communicate.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (including LinkedIn, YouTube and other emerging B2B platforms).

Creative experience of writing posts and high performing social media copy.

*

Extensive experience of Google Analytics, Search Console, Optimisation (e.g. Hyke, Sistrix or similar). Intimate experience with SEO and Google performance criteria.

*

CRM (Hubspot or similar) experience.

*

Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge (for adjusting content assets).

*

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure of tight deadlines.
