Job Description

As a digital asset coordinator, you will play a critical role in the management and organisation of Holland & Barrett's digital assets. You will be responsible for collecting, cataloguing, and repurposing content from across the business for use within digital channels. This will help drive H&B's visibility in organic search as well as drive engagement and consistent communication across multiple channels and the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

Work closely with internal teams, including Content, Social, Website, PR, in-store marketing, colleague communications, and category teams to collect content assets
Create a repository for the organising and cataloguing of all assets, including usage rights
Create asset management policies, procedures and guidelines that can be distributed to the wider team
Test and optimise content performance across each digital touchpoint to present opportunities for repurposing content on the most appropriate channel
Feed opportunities/requirements into content creation touchpoints (e.g. Editorial content, Social) to be incorporated into production plans
Establish a database of what content is published where and feedback on performance, to better inform content creation and distribution
Establish key metrics to measure and drive performance

The Person

This is a brand-new role, so we are looking for someone who can set up our centralised digital asset function from scratch and take ownership of its success
You are highly organised and detail-orientated and can coordinate a high volume of assets
You have experience of digital channels and will be able to recommend opportunities to optimise the customer journey
You are experienced in managing digital assets for an organisation producing a large volume of work
You will ideally have experience working with digital asset management software and tools and be able to make recommendations for what the business should adopt
You are able to work across teams and are proactive in looking for opportunities and reporting back on performance
You have knowledge of the legalities surrounding usage rights
