The organisation own some instantly recognisable food and drink brands and possess a highly entrepreneurial and fast-paced culture. Consumer health and environmental well-being are at the heart of their business which has helped them to win multiple sustainability awards over the last few years.
This is a broad Brand Manager role which gives excellent exposure to the right candidate. Reporting into the head of brand you will have responsibility for the following:
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy, brand initiatives and communications plans across all retail channels (both online and offline)
Work closely with sales and category teams to drive impact in key retail accounts, helping to aid with trade and category stories
The Brand Manager will work closely with the digital and sustainability manager to create compelling communications
Full P&L ownership over an exciting and new snacking product
As a brand manager, candidates are expected to possess the following:
Minimum of 3-4 years of FMCG brand management experience either at ABM or BM level.
Demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced culture
Excellent stakeholder management ability
Passion for sustainability
An ability to think strategically but also be happy with project delivery
