The Email Campaign Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery & management of the weekly campaigns. Covering automations/triggers and journeys & support in the delivery of the CRM Strategy. Manage the end-to end email process. The Fenwick Email program must deliver on all multi-channel objectives & drive traffic and sales for the new transactional ecommerce site. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities in this role include: • Build & deploy email marketing campaigns & automated programmes • Manage the campaign calendar in line with business priorities • Launch, maintain & test BAU campaigns • Ensure campaigns are optimised to engage our customer & are aligned to KPIs • Ensure campaign tracking is in place, & report on key metrics / success to senior management & proactively make changes to campaigns based on performance • Work with the Marketing Manager CRM/Email to drive & deliver on the personalisation & project roadmap • Build an advanced test & learn program that focuses on developing key learnings on consumer behaviour & improve performance • Contribute towards overall CRM objectives & strategy • Work closely with wider ecommerce team including trade, design and content to deliver campaigns to the customer that are aligned with business priorities including sales targets, new launches and seasonal messaging • Work closely with the Marketing Manager CRM/Email to deploy customer lifecycle programs, ensuring all customer touch points are optimised making full use of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio & Mobile Studio) We are looking for candidates with key skills and experience in the following areas: • Experience in an email marketing executive or similar role for a transaction retail website • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Modules • Experience working across multiple teams for trade/content/design & developing supporting briefs • Clear understanding & knowledge of customer segmentation & customer journeys • Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics • Comfortable managing customer data in-line with GDPR regulations • Knowledge of HTML/CSS • Strong communication skills & meticulous attention to detail We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including: 25% Colleague Discount (some restrictions apply) Pension scheme 4 weeks holiday plus 1 additional day to take in the month of your birthday Holiday Purchase Scheme Business Dress Loan Scheme (if applicable) Fenwick Select -a voluntary benefit scheme which offers an extensive range of national and local discounts on a variety of products and services Cycle to Work scheme.
