We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join The Disney Store Europe EMEA Marketing Team. This role will support the Marketing Supervisor with the implementation of the marketing calendar, including the coordination of franchise campaigns, in-store events, store openings & concessions, PR, commercial programmes (Online & Bricks & Mortar) as well as local area marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: -Support the Marketing Supervisor with the delivery of defined European campaigns, -Be a Marketing Franchise lead: Attend Franchise meetings with the Marketing Manager or Marketing Supervisor as required, Share highlights with the team, Lead Franchise campaigns development alongside the Marketing Supervisor. Consolidate Marketing Plan and ensure it delivers against marketing and business objectives. Produce campaign overview, including results and learnings, Keep on-going track of competitor and market activity, whilst keeping an on-going programme of best practices sharing with Marketing Supervisor and the franchise team, Responsible for campaign budget control. -Coordinate the delivery of defined ongoing Marketing programmes including bounce back promotions, Friends and Family etc. Work with Marketing Manager on the reports and gain feedback on these programmes, looking for ways to improve them in the future, -Coordinate ad-hoc Store events, PR (in partnership with the communications teams), talent appearances, etc. Pull together feedback and share success and learns with the relevant teams, -Support the team on new store openings, concessions and refurbishments where relevant through coordination of events, liaising with suppliers, briefing Creative, partnering with PR etc. Support the delivery of activities for Store in Store concepts, working with the relevant Managers, -Proactively support the team with local marketing (Malls and Associations), sharing best practice with the local European team and supporting where necessary with deployment, follow-up and budget tracking, -Day to day administration of the Marketing budgets including monitoring of budget tracker and supporting Purchase Orders creation process, -Provide full and regular reports and analysis to the business on competitor activity and market trends, -Prepare presentations, organise the EU team meetings, advise on product orders etc. and liaise with relevant departments to order/source product for prizes/presentations/PR activity, -Responsible for driving professional excellence through discussions with Line Manager and using opportunities for training and personal development, -Ensure an open communication flow with Line Manager and franchise lead whilst providing regular updates about day to day tactical development led by the team, -As required, across all campaigns, support with coordination of translations, legal and print elements. Basic Qualifications: -Degree in Marketing and/or PR, -Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator, -Experience of coordinating events within a faced-paced environment, -Office administration experience, -Proven experience in building effective relationships, -Proven experience of collaboration across departments to achieve joint targets, -Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
